Urhiel Pendant

A six-pointed star pendant in 18k gold with a swirling cutout interior and central gemstone. The Urhiel Pendant is named for the angel Uriel, keeper of divine light in Hebrew and Kabbalistic tradition.
Made to order.
Urhiel Pendant takes its name from Uriel — the archangel whose name in Hebrew means God is my light or Fire of God: the angel of divine illumination, the one who carries the torch of celestial wisdom into the places where ordinary light cannot reach. Also, the angel guarding the doors of paradise with fire swords against the entry of humans until redemption and reckoning.
Uriel is one of the four archangels of Jewish tradition alongside Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael, and his domain is the most inward of the four: not war, nor revelation, nor healing, but the light by which the other three are seen.
In the Book of Enoch, Uriel is the angel set over the luminaries — the sun, moon, and stars — and appointed to govern the sacred reckoning of celestial time. As a result, Uriel holds the knowledge of when things are, not merely what they are: the angel of divine timing, the light that reveals the moment as well as the object.
Furthermore, in the Kabbalistic tradition, the Star of David carries its own profound significance: its six points correspond to the six sefirot of the outer Tree of Life, and the two interlocking triangles describe the intersection of the divine and human realms — one triangle pointing upward toward the divine, one pointing downward toward the material, their overlap the space where the sacred and the earthly meet.
The Urhiel Pendant carries both: the star’s sacred geometry and the angel’s divine light, the swirling interior as the movement of celestial fire within the contained form of the star.
The Design of the Urhiel Pendant
The Urhiel Pendant translates the Star of David and the angel’s light into 18k gold. The pendant is a six-pointed star whose interior carries a swirling cutout: a spiral or flowing form carved from the star’s body, so the pendant reads as both solid and open, both structured and in motion.
At the centre, a gemstone is set: a diamond, ruby, or sapphire that reads as the concentrated point of Uriel’s divine light at the intersection of the star’s two triangles.
As a result, the Urhiel Pendant reads as both sacred symbol and jewellery: the angel’s light made visible in the most permanent material.
The Star of Divine Light
The six-pointed star with its swirling interior is the soul of this design. Specifically, the swirling cutout within the star creates a visual tension between the geometric precision of the star’s outer form and the dynamic movement of the interior — the celestial fire that Uriel carries, made visible within the containing form of the sacred geometry.
Worn close to the body, the Urhiel Pendant carries the angel’s light against the skin. Furthermore, the central gemstone catches the light at the exact point of the star’s intersection, so the stone reads as the brightest point in the design — the God-light at the centre of divine geometry.
In this way, the Urhiel Pendant carries the quality of Uriel’s domain: the light that illuminates not only from outside but primordially from within.
Urhiel Pendant in 18k Gold and Colored Gemstones
In rose gold the star and its swirling interior glow with warmth, set with a ruby that burns at the centre like the fire of God in Uriel’s name. In white gold the Urhiel Pendant turns cool and luminous, a sapphire reading at the star’s heart with the deep blue of divine wisdom.
In yellow gold it radiates with full golden intensity, a brilliant diamond at the centre — the purest possible divine light at the most sacred geometric point. Whichever stone you choose, the star holds its light.
Craftsmanship and 3D Precision
Each Urhiel Pendant was developed in 3D modeling software and brought to life through precision 3D printing and meticulous hand-finishing. The six-pointed star with swirling cutout demands digital modeling: the star’s six points must be exactly equal so the sacred geometry reads as correct, the swirling interior must be precisely placed so the pendant’s structural integrity is maintained while the cutout reads as flowing, and the gemstone setting must hold the stone at exactly the star’s intersection.
Hand-finishing polishes every surface. This is the precision that only the Friszman MD process can deliver reliably.
