Q: Are all pieces custom made?
Yes. Every Friszman MD piece is individually designed using 3D software and hand-finished in São Paulo, Brazil. No two pieces are exactly alike.
Q: How long does production take?
Standard pieces take 4 to 6 weeks. Complex or personalized pieces may take 5 to 7 weeks. You will be notified by email when your piece is ready for shipment.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide through DHL, FedEx and Correios Internacional. All shipments are fully insured and tracked.
Q: What materials do you use?
Our pieces are crafted in 18k gold. Precious and semi-precious stones may be incorporated upon request. Please contact us for details on specific pieces.
Q: Can I request a custom piece?
Absolutely. We welcome custom design requests. Please contact us at contact@friszman.com with your ideas and we will work with you to bring your vision to life.
Q: How do I know my ring size?
We use inner diameter measurements in millimeters. Please refer to our Ring Size Guide for detailed instructions on how to measure your finger accurately.
Q: Is a down payment required?
Yes. All orders require a down payment to initiate production. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment. Contact us for details.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders require a down payment to begin production. This down payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
Q: What if my piece arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@friszman.com with photos documenting the issue. We will work with you to find the best solution.
