Arshi pendant in 18k gold — a circular pendant with a flowing liquid gold texture, named for the celestial firmament in Persian and Sanskrit. A piece that captures the sky in motion, held close to the heart. Available in Rose Gold, White Gold, and Yellow Gold. Made to order in São Paulo, Brazil.

Description

Arshi pendant draws its name from the Persian and Sanskrit word for the celestial — the divine firmament, the sky understood not as empty space but as a living presence above all things. In both Persian poetry and ancient Sanskrit texts, the word arshi carries the weight of the heavens: not the astronomical sky of distance and vacuum, but the sky as witness, as canopy, as the luminous field through which light travels to reach us. It is the sky that holds the stars, that catches the rain before it falls, that turns gold at dusk and silver before dawn. The Arshi pendant captures that quality — something vast, made intimate enough to wear close to the heart.

The Design of the Arshi Pendant

Inspired by the fluid movement of light itself, the Arshi pendant captures a moment of liquid gold frozen in time. Its circular form carries a texture of flowing drops — each one unique, each one intentional, the surface reading like the sky reflected in still water at the precise moment before something disturbs it. There is movement in the stillness of this piece. The eye travels across the surface and finds variation, finds rhythm, finds the same kind of pattern that the sky makes when you look at it long enough to see it properly.

The Circle and the Sky

A circular pendant is one of the oldest forms in jewelry — the circle without beginning or end, the form that every culture across every period of history has reached for when trying to express something complete. In the context of the Arshi pendant, the circle is the sky itself: boundless, containing, the frame within which all light moves. The texture of liquid gold within that circle is the light in motion — caught, held, and worn.

Craftsmanship and 3D Precision

The Arshi pendant was developed in 3D modeling software and brought to life through precision 3D printing and meticulous hand-finishing in São Paulo, Brazil. The flowing drop texture that covers the surface required careful digital modeling — each drop must sit at a slightly different angle and depth from its neighbors to create the sense of organic movement, while the overall surface must remain balanced and considered as a whole. This is what the Friszman MD process makes possible: a texture that looks like it happened naturally, because the effort to make it feel that way happened in the model first.

Arshi Pendant in 18k Gold

Available in Rose Gold, White Gold, and Yellow Gold, the Arshi pendant reads differently across the three finishes. Rose gold is the most intimate — the warm tone of the metal deepening the liquid texture, the whole piece glowing as if lit from within. White gold is the most celestial — cool and precise, the surface now reading like moonlight on water rather than sunlight, the sky at its most serene. Yellow gold is the most direct connection to the mythology: ancient, solar, the color of the firmament at the hour when the sky and the sun are the same thing.
