It consists of a winged staff with two serpents wound around it in a double helix, their bodies intertwining as they rise from the base to the top.

As a symbol, it carried enormous power. Hermes used it to put gods to sleep and to wake them again. He used it to guide souls between the worlds of the living and the dead. Because of this, the caduceus was understood as a tool that could cross every boundary: between sleep and waking, between life and death, between one world and the next.

Furthermore, the two serpents represent opposing forces held in perfect balance — not fighting each other, but coiling together into a single, unified form. The Fheetysh earrings are named for that idea: two spirals making one shape.

The Fheetysh earrings translate the caduceus into 18k gold. Each piece is a cylindrical column whose surface is wound with a continuous helix — a spiral that rises from the base of the earring to its crown in a single unbroken line.

The cylinder gives the earring its structure and its presence. The helix gives it its life. As a result, the Fheetysh earrings read as both architectural and organic, like the caduceus itself: the straight staff of authority, made alive by the coiling of the serpents.

The Helix and the Column

Craftsmanship and 3D Precision

Each Fheetysh earring was developed in 3D modeling software and brought to life through precision 3D printing and meticulous hand-finishing in São Paulo, Brazil. The helical cylinder demands digital modeling above all.

The pitch of the spiral must be perfectly consistent so it reads as a single continuous gesture rather than a series of separate rings. Additionally, the cylinder must be proportioned so the earring hangs true and feels comfortable.

The two earrings of a pair must mirror each other exactly in pitch and dimension. Hand-finishing then polishes the gold to a high shine along every surface.
