1. Agreement

By accessing and using friszman.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products

All Friszman MD jewelry pieces are custom made to order using 3D design technology and hand-finished in São Paulo, Brazil. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color and finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders require a down payment to initiate production. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment. Friszman MD reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, with full refund of any payments made.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on friszman.com including designs, images, text and logos are the exclusive property of Friszman MD and are protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Friszman MD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
