1. Made to Order
All Friszman MD jewelry pieces are custom made to order. Each piece is individually created by 3D software and 3D printed and finished by hand in São Paulo, Brazil, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. As a result, production times vary depending on the complexity of the piece.
- Production Time
- Standard pieces: 4 to 6 weeks
- Complex or personalized pieces: 5 to 7 weeks
You will be notified by email once your piece is completed and ready for shipment.
- Shipping Options
We ship worldwide through trusted international carriers including DHL, FedEx, and Correios Internacional. All shipments are fully insured and tracked.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Brazil: 3 to 7 business days
- South America: 7 to 14 business days
- North America & Europe: 10 to 21 business days
- Asia, Africa & Oceania: 14 to 28 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight. You will receive a shipping quote as part of your order confirmation. All shipments include full insurance coverage for the declared value of the piece.
- Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
- Packaging
Every Friszman MD piece is delivered in our signature luxury packaging, designed to protect your jewelry and make an impression. Our packaging is elegant, discreet, and suitable for gifting.
- Returns & Exchanges
Because all our pieces are custom made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The piece arrives damaged or defective
- The piece does not match the agreed specifications
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@friszman.com with photos documenting the issue. We will work with you to find the best solution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit.
- Ring Sizing
Because rings require precise sizing, we strongly recommend following our Ring Size Guide before placing your order. Friszman MD uses inner diameter measurements in millimeters to ensure the perfect fit. Resizing requests due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer may incur additional charges.
- Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation at no charge. After production has begun, cancellations are not accepted as materials will have already been allocated and work commenced.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments
All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@friszman.com. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
